Festive Christmas Dessert Recipe: Snowy Ice Cream Balls You’ll Love!

Snow Ice Cream Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml cream ice cream (or your favorite flavor) – we recommend our 1L mixes for the perfect base.
  • 100 g shredded coconut
  • 100 g white chocolate (melted)
  • Optional: crushed candy canes or sprinkles for decoration

Instructions:

1️⃣ Make the Ice Cream Base: Pour your chosen mix into the TooA Family machine and let it churn for 30–40 minutes until it reaches the perfect creamy texture.

2️⃣ Prepare the Ice Cream Balls: Using an ice cream scoop or a spoon, shape the ice cream into small balls. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 1 hour, or until firm.

3️⃣ Prepare the Coating: While the ice cream balls are freezing, melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth. Spread the shredded coconut in a shallow dish.

4️⃣ Coat the Ice Cream Balls: Take the ice cream balls out of the freezer. Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, covering it completely, and then roll it in the shredded coconut to coat it evenly.

5️⃣ Add Decorations: Sprinkle the coated balls with crushed candy canes or colorful sprinkles to give them a festive touch.

6️⃣ Freeze Again: Place the decorated balls back on the tray and freeze for an additional 30 minutes to set the coating.

7️⃣ Serve and Enjoy: Arrange the snowy ice cream balls on a festive plate or in dessert cups. Serve immediately and savor this magical holiday treat!
