Hot Christmas Float: The Perfect Recipe for a Delicious Christmas

This is the time of year when it’s perfect to snuggle up in a comfy chair and enjoy the Christmas holidays. And who could be the ideal companion for such moments? Of course, TooA ice cream! We’re sharing a new recipe – Hot Christmas Float.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups hot chocolate (prepared with milk or water)
  • 1 brick of TooA Crema Gelato
  • 1 vegan hazelnut cream TooA (for topping)
  • Grated chocolate or cocoa powder (for garnish)
  • Mini marshmallows or crushed peppermint candy (optional)

Instructions: 

1. Make the ice cream: Prepare the ice cream with Crema flavor in your Milano or Milano PRO machine. It only takes 5 minutes for the ice cream to be ready.

2. Prepare the hot chocolate: Make your favorite hot chocolate and pour it into a festive mug. Make sure it's warm, but not boiling, to avoid melting the ice cream too quickly.

3. Add the ice cream: Gently place a scoop of ice cream into the hot chocolate. It will start to melt, creating a creamy, frothy layer.

4. Top it off: Add a generous swirl of TooA hazelnut cream on top of the float.

5. Decorate: Sprinkle grated chocolate, cocoa powder, or crushed peppermint candy over the whipped cream. For extra festivity, add a few mini marshmallows.

6. Serve immediately: Enjoy with a spoon and a festive straw!
